To all CHAOS members, we are closing the brewhouse for the evening of the 28th and all day on the 29th for a deep spring cleaning of the entire brewhouse! It is needed and for several good reasons too. If you can help, spare a hour, or ten, we need all hands on deck for scrubbing, power washing, sorting, and general help.
The brewhouse will also be closed on the 30th as we are shooting a production video about our club detailing how f-ing awesome it is! This is also why it needs to be cleaned. The video will be something similar to this:

Futureman Digital is donating their time, energy, equipment, and editing capabilities to produce us an amazing video about our club.
So if you can help participate in the cleanup of the brewhouse and want to get more involved in the club, this is a great event to meet members and help take care of our amazingly great place.

Conrad, I'll be at the Charlie Orr Chicago Cup all day Saturday, but will plan on stopping by to help with brewhouse cleaning in the afternoon on Sunday the 29th. Its Palm Sunday, so I won't be available until mid afternoon, but will put in a few hours then.

I'll be able to help in some capacity, Likely in the mornings.
Also, are we going to get any small projects done this weekend? I am thinking of the bottling station pegboard and anything on Ken's list on brewhouse to-do's? (forgot where that post was)
I figured starurday night we can so some prep clean and do a proper assesment of what small projects can be knocked out. We have to be complete by monday morning for the video shoot.
I have the Charlie Orr competition all day Saturday, then the Shamrock Shuffle and Firkin Fest on Sunday... I definitley won't be able to make it.
I'd come help if I could, but I'm busy all weekend.
I will be able to help on Saturday from 1-4ish, maybe earlier if my meeting wraps up. I also have the Firkin Fest and won't be able to help Sunday.

Saturday Clean 12pm -> 6pm
Sunday Clean 12pm -> 6pm
Monday Film & Production 1pm -> DONE
Current list from past cleans:
- Empty ferm room & deep clean all shelfs/racks/walls/floor
- Clean Fridges and empty/pitch misc.
- Inventory all brew equipment for each bay (Pick up on Sunday what is missing)
- Clean each bay & burner
- Remove unecessary equipment & sink from brew area
- Powerwash all floors
- Spit clean and polish anything/everything
- Repair/micro-projects that need to get done and can look complete before Monday
- Storage area clean & organize
- Deep clean of bar, chairs
- Re-hang wall of beer bottles in front
