So question about Cerveza de mayo.
I'm going to be most likely kegging. When I force carb I do it in my kegerator - which is cold. When I bring the keg to the brewhouse, how will it work with keeping the kegs cold when we're supposed to bring them in before the event? Empty out the keezer?

Carbonate as cold as you normally would. Make sure all seals are tight. When we serve it at cerveza, it'll be cold and will have plenty of time to re-equilibrate before serving.
