Does anyone have the recipe (even approximate) for the michelada mixer that was used at the keezer station at Cerveza? That shit was TIGHT

Hey Zach,

Hey Zach,

the recipe I used was 1 part hot sauce (I used Coahuila) to 3/4 of Maggie (you can substitute worscester sauce as well) sauce, add lime and salt to taste. The exact recipe measurement I used for the mix in case you just want to adjust it was 12 ounces of Coahuila, 9 ounces of maggi, 11 limes, and 1/2 tablespoon of kosher salt. I would suggest letting it a sit couple of hours in the fridge and giving it a good shake before every pour sicne the hot sauce settles at teh bottom. You can get a big bottle of hot sauce and maggi sauce at Costco pretty cheap too. I am glad you guys enjoyed it, cheers!

Thanks Americo! I know it doesn't feel right outside to be sipping these but I did it last night, and assume it will be only be better tonight. That Maggi sauce is key: I've tried it before with Worcheadf;lakndcaire sauce and it's like too clove-y or something.

Yep, I prefer the Maggi sauce as well. I have made several attempts to improve the mix so if you feel up for it, add a few round slices of jalepeno to the beer and ice, it makes it really refreshing and spicy. Which would be pefect for BBQ season or seafood.
