We received the following e-mail. It would be awesome to have some CHAOS representation there. I asked them if they'd mind only 1-2 kegs from us and they are all for it; they even said we could do bottles if we wanted. Reply here if you'd like to represent us with your beer so we can get a concerted effort going.

That sounds like fun and I'm in, the Indiana Cup is the previous weekend. Nancy will go with me.
Are you planning on going, Jim? If not, I could take the lead in communicating with them and organizing any CHAOS-ites who want to go. Let me know.
My friend Scott Schaar is a distiller at Mississippi Distilling Company in the QC - sounds like a good excuse to get together with him, too!

What does everyone think about doing a couple club brews for this one? (Separate from Tuesday Brewsday.)
That sounds good, Jeff, I'd help with that.

Cool, not sure if I can make it in July, but I'd like to brew for it with you and anyone else that wants to join us.
If there are non-drivers who would like to go to this but can't figure out how that would work, you'd be welcome to ride with Nancy and me.
Jeff, would you be up for brewing next Sunday? Maybe we could each pick a recipe and do two batches at once?
www.singingboysbrewing.com
If you're willing to take the lead on this, Jim, by all means go for it!
I'm not sure if I can make it in July either but I'd definitely help out with a club brew.
Great, I sent Jason an email to confirm that we wanted a table and that at least two of us (Nancy and I) would be there.
How does next Sunday (May 31st) look for a brew day? Say 11 am?
www.singingboysbrewing.com
I can do Sunday, but may be a little later than 1100. Probably 1230-100ish.
Great, lets say 1 pm on Sunday. Anyone else want to join us?

Any ideas for what we're going to brew?
I have no idea
Do we want to brew a couple different five gallon batches? Or one 10 gallon joint brew? Or?
I have an American-style Summer Wheat Ale that's easy drinking for hot July days that might be good for this event, plus its small so it finishes up fast. Its basically 50% Wheat, 30% Pale Ale, 20% Munich, 22 IBUs with Horizon and EKG, and Scottish/Edinburgh yeast. We could pair something like this with something a little more memorable or experimental.

I'll be there, too. I say two different beers, just to diversify and show off our brewing chops.
This is awesome! Kudos to Jim for taking this and running with it! Looking forward to Sunday!
I could potentially have beer to donate, but unfortunately can't make next week. It would definitely be ready by mid-July though. I'll keep you up-to-date. Are you going to try to bring a jockey box-type set-up with?
The wheat ale sounds great! I'll think about the otherone and run some ideas by everyone.
Also, I can make it by 1200, if you want to start a little earlier.
Kyle, as per the organizer's instructions, we need to provide CO2 and jockey box (vel sim.).
Yesterday, the Summer Wheat that I'm bringing to the Rivers Edge Homebrew Festiv-Ale took a third place medal in the light hybrid category at the Bluegrass Cup in Kentucky.
For beers, lets get a final commitment of who is going to be brewing for this. If you brewed next weekend, we're down to five weeks, so this is the time to say yea or nay on brewing, please. Jeff is brewing a cream ale with vanilla, and Jim C and Kyle had said they may be brewing. No problem if you decide not to brew, we'll be fine. Let me know, though, and whether you are bottling or kegging, so I can figure out what we need to bring equipment and serving-wise.
Right now, it looks like Nancy G. and me are going and serving, and Jim C. is a maybe. Anyone else interested? You can ride with Nancy and me, if that's helpful. You don't have to brew to come enjoy the festival and serve CHAOS beer.

I'm a maybe for serving with yougiys. I plan to brew the cream ale next week after NHC.
I'll be brewing my beer this Friday!
Fantastic, Jeff! I loves me a good cream ale!
