Personally, I think that App may be the culprit. It would be very easy to accidentally hit the button as you opened up your phone while you were walking/driving away and you would never know it opened. Not saying that is what happened in this case, but it would be very easy to do. As handy as it is, I think we should disable it as a precaution while the keypad is working fine.

I have no idea, the guy said it was open and I believe him, and I believe Jeff and Bill, so there has to be some other explanation. I don't know if that App keeps a log or not, but if so, it would at least tell us if it was triggered between 1-7am.

Stopped by early this am, and the guy from Reed said the door was left open last night. Didn't see anything missing, but was only there briefly.
