Rumors are true-Chaos is going whole hog for the summer BBQ party-
We have some great food planned including-
Greens
Baked Beans
Potato Salad
Pickles
Vegan Sloppy Joes
We are looking for some members out there that may have a secret bbq sauce or side salad they may be willing to donate (Coleslaw maybe, Or your Grandmas beans or potato salad)?. Or if anyone has some homeade rootbeer they would like me to incorporate into a sauce that would be great to.
So far we have (if your recipe is similiar bring some anyway)
Carolina Mustard Sauce
Wort Based Sauce
Looking for (repeat of above or something from below or your favorite sauce) Just some ideas here-
Comeback Sauce if you have been to Mississippi or Alabama you might know what that is
Kansas City Sauce
Sweet Sauce
Vinegar Sauce
Ketchup Sauce
Chimmichuri Sauce
Korean Sauce
Or any other crazy sauce
Cookies or Brownies would also be amazing.
I will be roasting the Pig starting Friday the 7th-depending on the final weight we hope to start at noon (hanging iit on the spit will be the most challenging part)! I will be there all night! Stop by and share a beer with me.

I'm making a napa and red cabbage slaw with nuts and cherries... It's vinegar based and non traditional, but tasty!
I'll also make some baked good of the dessert variety.
I cant wait for this. Thank you again for putting all of this together. Let me know if you need help with the BBQ sauce, I'd like to learn how to do make it!

I will bring some sauce. Not sure yet what kind, but something interesting and zesty. Is there anything else food wise that is in the NEED desperately category?
Sauce is perfect. Perhaps a small dish of something you like that goes with bbq.
I got 40 oz of a carolina styleish vinegar sauce, I believe it's technically a Lexington Finishing Sauce+Garlic, I'm not really a sauce purist so I'm not sure, I have no allegiance but flavor. I believe I am calling it "Wu-Tangy Hog Sauce, 36 Chambers of Flavors, Bringing the Ruckus to Your Hog" or something along those lines.
I have some homemade soda I can make into a sauce. Do you think you'll still be there after 8 pm?
