I was the first one in the brewhouse this morning (Saturday) and was stunned at how amazingly clean the place was! Just outstanding. A big giant shout-out to Matthew Gagne for doing such a great job of cleaning up last night!

I was there briefly on Saturday to drop off my beer for the fantasy football and the cleanliness and tidiness was awesome. I was wondering who did that... Thanks, Matt!
I'll add to this story. I was brewing that ngiht and came in before Matt. I was also impressed by how clean it was from the previous evening. I prodeeded to mess things up. Matt came in a little later and had to supervise two new poeple. Matt not olnly maintained that cleaniliess, but aslo agreed to come in the next day to pitch a first-timers's yeast when his home-methods (extract) failed to bring his wort temp down fast enough.
