Hi guys
I was at the brew house earlier today kegging and I saw that the counterflow chiller bucket was full of water, and there was another bucket full of something as well - it smelled like a mix of beer and shame. And the water to the green hose was left on. Seriously how hard it it to clean up after yourself? Who knows how long that water was running.
Like Ken stated in an earlier post, standing water attracts flies. These 2 buckets did just that.
It's cleaned up now.

I bottled yesterday, and there was an unscheduled brew earlier in the day. As I was leaving I heard the chiller pump was on, so I turned the pump off, but I neglected to follow through and turn off the water and clean up.
