New Thermometer

The Board of Directors and Executive Team have made brew house improvements a high priority with both time and money.  Yesterday Mike Struck, James Tsai, and myself installed a thermometer that many home brewers dream about using...

Meet the ThermoWorks Waterproof Thermometer with a 12 inch probe and stainless steel wall bracket.

The total package cost for this one item was $208.99.  If this item is abused and not taken care of properly, it will not be replaced.

This reads super quickly and accurately, so it should be either in your hands measuring temps or in its home shown in the picture below.

If you ever see anyone mishandling this piece of equipment, please stop them immediately and correct their actions.

We are very proud and excited to offer our members the absolute best equipment to home brew with, but that is only possible if we all take proper care and maintenance of it.

So can brewers cannot leave

So can brewers cannot leave this probe in their mash tun to monitor their mash temps?

Brewers should not leave the

Brewers should not leave the probe in the mash for an extended period of time to monitor temps.
