Hi Chaos! For me, Chaos started at Harvest Fest, 2013. I got the bug and I'm now on the sending side of these emails.
I'm asking everyone to step up. Not in a guilt way, because that's not how we are, but in a community way. We only have 16 beers for this party and we need lots more! Brew that killer pale ale you can nail or try that recipie from BYO you've been eying. Get invaluable feedback and kudos at the party. Show our new guests and non brewing members how badass we are and the range and talent we can collectively harness. Most importantly, do it soon, because this party is in a month!
If you have already brewed and plan on showing it off at the party, please add it to the list (if only to avoid more of these emails). We could also use some more volunteers. It honestly makes you feel like you threw the party and you can still kinda have a drink, hang, and do your duties in the hour we need you for.
I hope you all can make it to the party and look forward to meeting all the new members that are making this club what it is!

Hey John, I hear ya.
I'm brewing a 1503 English for the Ghost brews already. I'd be happy to also brew a golden which would be done in plenty of time. And I could even do a cider which would also be done quick if I did a simple one and back sweetened. Anyone willing to let me use 2 kegs for the party? My others are full. I'm going to try and brew on thursday, so that should give enough time.
I'll look at the vol. sheet and see what I can sign up for.
Hi Kris! Thanks for brewing the ghost beer. I have a clean keg for you and we'd love show off your golden or a cider, brewer's choice. I can have the keg at chaos by Wednesday the 14th. Thanks again!!!!!

Hey Kris. There is a clean keg, with sanitizer in it, to the right of the grain mill. It has a half acre and surely sticker on it, among other stickers, and my name on the top. Thanks again for brewing for the party!

Also, I don't know if we're just using the merchandise as promotional stuff nowadays but, if you'd like to sell tasters, coozies, bottle openers, and t-shirts (and whatever else we have on hand), I'll gladly do that at the door, too. No better place to have tasters for sale than right next to the regular ol', cheap plastic cups. Let me know.

The thought crossed my mind to do this for Harvest Fest, but it is very time consuming and I just haven't had a chance to enter them.
I'll see what it takes to do and if people checkin with their beers. If it's worth it I'll do a few.

I always thought untapped didn't do home brews or cask beers. You might not want to put my 'wrath of the kiwi' on there. I won't be able to keep up with the fan mail and collaboration brewing invitations that are bound to follow.
Is there any value in adding the event in the description (so we can tell which event any particular beer was brewed for?)?
Nevermind. I went ahead and did all the Harvest Fest 2015 beers. They're in there. Let me know if anyone sees anything awry and I'll change it.

I was about to say, "As long as people use it..." I'm happy to keep doing it. But, I'm going to do it anyway. Unless you look at the actual event page on Facebook for each event, you can't see the menu for each event. Untappd - whether people use it or not - will be a good library of all the beers we've ever served at events.
