Hey, This is what I was thinking of doing for each ghost beers, with a different spooky pic behind them.
They are 11x17 I can put them on foam core so they are easy to read...
@ stephen: I think about 8% will be more accurate, although I don't know for sure just yet, but we'll go with 8. Thanks for your work on this!
@ Kris, I'm pretty excited about it too, this was such an odd beer to brew, I just hope it's drinkable. It has a very large percentage of oats and the wort came in at 1.110 starting gravity. The wort tasted great and surprisingly wasn't as sweet as the numbers suggest. It went straight from the mash tun to the carboy where it sat to cool for a day, according to the practices of those times, then the yeast was pitched. I'm nervous about it turning it out well....even if it's terrible I'll let you try some before it gets dumped just to see what it's all about.
