So, there is currently one bottling bucket at the brew house. I was planning on getting new ones in February, but will get them in the next week or two.
Everyone should be reserving bottling time, but please check the brew house calendar for people bottling, so you can plan accordingly until I get them replaced.
Why is there only one? When I put together the bottling station just a few weeks ago, there were two there...
There were originally three. One disappeared completely and the second missing it's parts.
Both sets of bottling equipment were complete as of the time that I put the bottling station up. Aggravating.

Is it perhaps time to consider buying a stainless steal bottling bucket?
That way it is very clearly the bottling bucket, and there is no concern that someone bottled a sour in the beer, or what equipment was not properly cleaned and stored in the buckets, and no concern of mildew/mold.
