Okay, let's get this going! Cerveza de Mayo will be on Saturday, May 7th! We will be having a raffle for the party, so please feel free to find donations; they certainly don't need to be beer related.
Here's the link to sign up for stuff: Sign-up Sheets
I would like to include different salsas to the food menu for Cerveza. There is a new tab on the sign up sheet for five people to sign up. Make it tasty!
May I suggest that sign-up sheet links go on the event page, too?
At least I myself find it waaaaay easier to find the event in the event page than a single post in a thread that's scrolled off the main page...
Hi all, please start populating the spreadsheet with your beer, etc so we can start getting an idea of how much beer will be at the party.
Also, PM me if you would like to contribute music for the party. We need four people to each provide three hours worth of music. It's Cerveza de Mayo, so keep that in mind in regards to music style.
Im willing to supply music if nobody objects :)
Haha! The sound track for Puss in Boots....
Is the Mash Tun event being rescheduled? Because I had a keg set aside for that, but if it's not happening between now and Cerveza, I'll add that keg to the list.
Mash Tun will be at Cervzea with the magazines, so go ahead and add the keg! They're doing something separate at Maria's in April with the pro CHAOS brewers.
Urban Legend will be donating a sixtel also courtesy of Louis Glunz. My boss is donating some beer memorabilia via beerables.net. A nice "authentic" replica Shlitz work shirt. Other t-shirts and glasswhere. I put the Urban Legend up on the spread sheet. Dan from Urban Legend will be attending with a guest if you can place him on the guest list.
That's great, thanks, Chris!!!
Hey Brewsters, awesome to see all the donated beers on the spreadsheet, please help me get the beer menu ready by getting your info finalized ASAP!
Seasoned seasonal CHAOS volunteers, why are all the veteran club members missing their IBUs and ABVs?
Hop School, what are you about? Do tell. In the spreadsheet.
Get on this! Andele!!!

We have a pretty decent showing for volunteers. Thanks guys!! We do need a few more, though, so please sign up if you can help out. Particularly for the afternoon set up.
Also, if you have a friend or two who want free entry, they can volunteer for afternoon set-up or two shifts during the party. Shoot me a PM!
If your beer isn't at the brew house already, please have it on site by Friday at 6:00 pm. Thanks!
I have hours of music for the event from Mexican Death Metal to hipster Mexican trance shit.
I'll be bringing my beers Saturday afternoon during set-up. They'll be there, don't worry! (just like it says on the sheet ;))
As long as they're there in time for Icehouse to set up.
Thanks Chuck!! And for the music previews on Facebook!! I also have another mix of music for the other sound system, so we're covered in that department.
I added Queso to the salsa spreadsheet -- are there going to enough chips from the catering or should I bring some?
We're getting chips in bulk as part of the party supplies, so there will be plenty! Thanks for adding queso!!
Any gas tanks / regulators that can be contributed to this party would be appreciated. We shouldn't be at a deficit, but backup equipment couldn't hurt.
Rob: I've got a ten-pound tank with two regulators and lines, and it's not full but it should be enough to push beer for the evening. Only problem is, I can't make it to the brewhouse before the party, and probably won't be there until after it starts. If you're running low and someone can swing by the loop to pick it up an evening this week, it's all yours for the party.
If someone can let me into the brewhouse on Thursday evening... I can drop my fresh 5lb tank off. There's only 1 regulator on it.
