CHAOS Work Shirt Patch Designs

Howdy Brewsters,

I've worked up some patch designs to go on work shirts, or other places, guess that's your call. However, with some of our club sponsored "merit badges", we may want to go with consistent placement for that club look.

I know we have some clever titles for some of our volunteer roles, not sure if I got those right, definitely would appreciate some collaboration on defining our core volunteer roles and nomenclature. I think "Tap Master" and "Master of Wood" would be awesome as circle patches on the sleeve. I'll see if I can fit more design time in.

Anyhow, this graphic should help us start the convo. When we have some consesus, I will start a patch order thread.

Those look fantastic.

Those look fantastic.

Should we do "award patches" that can be earned? Maybe use colors or shapes to mark how cool the patches are. Like on a rainbow scale, Red would be pretty cool. Example: you made a beer on your dime and donated it to the club keezer... and Purple would be epic... like you filled the entire club keezer with beer. Etc.  Don't know, maybe it's just the boy scout in me, but seems fun.

Love the white on black ones

Love the white on black ones and the nod to our first "brewhouse" on California St.

I knew Chuck would like the

I knew Chuck would like the White Sox look. I do too, not so crazy about how the white background pops out so much. With custom orders, we can have it both ways, and I think that's cool.

Kris, boy scout merit badges is the idea, but I can't imagine producing a ton of patches, and I think the bar would be set higher than contributing beer to parties, tho filling the keezer would be a very epic patch-worthy move.

We are here to brew and sharing is part of the fun. However, we have some very tedious roles like coming in the night before the party and cleaning all the tap lines, then showing up early the next day to organize the set-up of 30+ taps, and chances are you've done this 2-3 times a year because you are one of the very few people that step up for that lousy job.

IMO, the ugliest volunteer jobs should get the coolest perks.Tshirts would be another cool swag incentive. really nice CHAOS Crew shirts that only volunteers get.

We are going to discuss volunteer incentives at the board retreat this weekend. I'll post new designs and ideas after checking in with our new membership czar.
