Do NOT Post the code in the open, BUTthe garage code does not seem to be working
Once you enter it the pad just flashes and the door doesn't open :)

Garage Code is not working
It worked for us three times today (Friday). We left about 1:20 pm, sorry we missed you. Did you try hitting the # key after entering the numbers?
I'm PM'ing you the code that we used - its possible of course that the code stopped working after we used it.

The door is working again. I changed the battery, and reprogrammed the door with the same code that we've been using.

Not working for me either. I just tried it numerous times. Luckily someone was here to let me in.
Same issue now. And realized I can't download the Bluetooth app either...
I'd like to try and come by today to package. Is anyone able to stop by the brew house today to fix it? Might need to replace the keypad.
So I'm confused ... can we get into the brewhouse or not?

And, in the freezing cold last night, the code that's posted in the "Door Code" page is not working. It's possible someone accidentally reset it, it's possible it's buggy. Long story short, two of us couldn't get in with the code at different times yesterday.
just tried it this morning and its not working -- don't think the password was reset incorrectly, as the pad doesn't blink light when numbers were pressed. are batteries sensitive to cold? otherwise might just be beat up. I'm gonna try to get some batteries from the CVS and try again today
Once the batteries come out, it will need to be reprogrammed.
Someone who has access to the front door needs to address this problem.

I seem to remember that we had issues with the cold last year, too. I don't suppose a wired keypad is an option with our opener, is it?
As of 6:00 last night, the door is working again. No change to the code. Hopefully this isn't a pattern; though the issue of the past couple of days seemed different from what happened on black Friday.
Thanks, Mike! I can confirm that the garage door keypad works. I was there earlier today (1pm) to keg a few things and it worked fine.
