I only mentioned this last night, but the sign fell on me and I brought it in tuesday. I will not be seeking damages

So the half that fell is

So the half that fell is kinda damaged. Which means a few things.

1. We can put it back up as is (it's missing part in the corner)

2. We can order a replacement half. The orginal sign was $400 - maybe they  can do half for $200.

3. We can design and hang a new sign.

Looks like the missing part

Looks like the missing part is still attached to the plywood in the picture.  But I'm standing on my head, so I could be wrong.  If you want help putting this back up, I was planning on being at the BH around 6pm tonight.

I think we should put it back up for the party, it needs to be replaced. It's pretty tore up in the corner.
