The temporary thermometer we bought is not working. Looks like it was dropped in a mash tun. If you break things, please let us know and don't screw over your fellow club members. Fortunately, I'm me and had something as a back up. Most people aren't fortunate enough to be like me and would have been screwed tonight.
Please plan accordingly and bring something to measure temperature until we have a replacement.
The new probe arrived and I will bring it over today and see if it fixes our problem.

I cleaned up the wires inside the k connector tonight, hopefully that helps the issues with shorting that was causing errors.

The thermometer is working correctly now and a new probe is on the shelf above it, if it stops working.
