I'm brewing that day, and will def be smoking some fish. I have some leftover fruit wood chips, are there coals there or should I bring some too?
I'm brewing Sunday too - I'll bring beer! (I have a keg of IPA in the ferm room that's ready to drink).
I'll make some beer/pub cheese and pretzel.
