This year's Homebrew Con is going to be held in Minneapolis on June 15-17. If you haven't been to one and are into brewing, you should definitely go. Since Minneapolis is a lot closer than the last two locations, and it's feasable to drive there, I've reserved a booth space for the club.
Here's the convention link: https://www.homebrewcon.org/
We should really start planning for this now and are looking for three club members to get together and organize the trip and event for the club. The three of you won't be doing this alone, more like making sure everything happens logistically and come up with ideas for our booth on club night. Those of us who have gone in the past will certainly help and you can delegate stuff to other club members.
So, if you're looking for ways to get involved and maybe obtain an alchemist status, this is certainly that opportunity. If you're interested, please comment below or shoot me a PM.
I'll be chair of gas.
I'll volunteer to help with the planning and execution.
The emperor is not as forgiving as i am
I'd be happy to volunteer for this project as well.
At this point, I'm planning on going and can help out at the booth, but will leave it to others to organize it.

FYI - I thinking about taking the train there... it's only $100 round trip. Anyone else interested?

Also, I will be hosting another Fast Rack challenge, if they are doing the comp again this year. I'll post about it once I know more.
FYI, anyone planning to attend the conference must be an AHA member. https://www.homebrewersassociation.org/support-the-aha/
