Water leak on one of the pipes coming out of the hot water heater

I just wanted to make sure we were aware that we have a slow/small leak in one of the joints coming out of the hot water heater. I noticed it was a little damp yesterday but when the water was being used today it was dripping quite a bit. It was coming out of the pipe that looks a little bent at the 2nd or 3rd joint. I don't know enough about this to fix it. If someone that's good with plumbing maybe check it out. It doesn't seem like a hard fix if you know hot to shut the water off at the water heater... which I don't.

We looked at this sunday and

We looked at this sunday and it looks like the leak is coming out of the orange softhose that we have running around the brewhouse not the copper line that is there. let me know if this sounds right or if we were looking at the wrong section of pipe
