Please remember that club gas is only to be used for club events. Please do not take advantage of your fellow club members by using the gas to carb for your own personal use. Currently, everything in the keezer is either club beer or member beer carbing for Cerveza.
Effective Monday, May 22nd, any keg carbing on club gas must have a tag on it with the following information:
- Name
- Phone number
- Date it was put on the gas
- Purpose of the beer
If a keg does not have a tag with this info, it will be either removed from the gas and relocated to the ferm room or tapped on the keezer for everyone to enjoy.
Jeff,
I did briefly use the mini tank to top off with CO2 this past Monday due my tank unknowingly being empty while carbing. But I did immediately go to brew and grow (saw Struck and Jon there) to swap out my tank to finish off the rest...I do genarally carb up using my own CO2 even if it's going into the keezer. Just letting you know in case this was the casue of issue.
Chris,
Definitely not your fault. It has been an on-going club-wide issue that we are trying to address and improve going forward.
I usually just use the club gas to purge co2 before racking and take it home to carb.
