Considering this is a small business card, I think the old pic works for showing the spirit of the club, and it's kinda awesome Kelly is waving to the camera.
I will be setting up one of the club's 10-way manifolds in the fridge behind the bar for the purpose of carbonating NHC beer either today or tomorrow.
It will be set at 20 PSI.
I can drop in to check on beers during the week, but I aswk that you clearly label your "carbonated on" date so that we don't have a ton of over-pressure kegs when trying to serve at the conference.
Beer not going to NHC is not permitted on this manifold.
Just checked and my wit needs a little more time before carb. Are you guys still doing tasting on Saturday? I might not be able to start carbing until Thursday night. Never had a wit take longer than 2 weeks for primary but yeasts are crazy beasts

Dickies dark grey shirts, nine inch 3 color circle logo on back one inch below seam (white, black, and red.) Grandstand shirts came in around $25 each.

Would there be a way to have them ship it to where we are staying in minneapolis? If it could get there by the 16th then we could use it at club night.
