So the door at the top of the stairs is locked again. I don't know where we keep the key to open the door. If someone knows where that's at please post so someone can reach out to you. Don't post on the forum where we keep the key.

Todd - try to put your shoulder into it. That seems to work. There's no way to lock the door from the inside.
The key location can be found on the door code page.
+1 on Brandon's "Big Shoulder" idea. That's most likely the problem.
