I've got 4 # of American hops I need to use up soon. I have actually not made many hoppy American beers and am open to any of your favorite recipes. I'd also like to co-brew with some of you as I have not brewed with anyone else in quite some time. Let me know if you like to brew in the next few weeks!

Looks pretty balanced Jim, thanks!
If you wanna join the NEIPA craze, I just conconted this recipe up and brewed it. Not bad for my first NEIPA, I'd pry back down the wheat a bit. Depends on the "American" hops you got but you could amend this recipe to utilize them. Cascade gets some nice lemon notes that you could pair with the Citra.
