Out of grain? That sucks. Now members have learned not to count on having grain available for purchase at the grainhouse. Why bother if we're not going to keep it stocked?
Sorry about that. We will be picking up grain on Tuesday to replenish the two row upstairs. There was a miscommunication in regards to whether or not the grain was ordered. We plan to discuss this at tomorrow's meeting and assign a member to be dedicated to ensuring grain remains in stock.
This was our first time having to do a resupply, and needless to say our chain of communication didn't follow through. Sorry that we weren't able to get you what you needed.
We disucussed the logistics at our club meeting and have a new process in place so we can do better. 2-row is getting delivered on Thursday, and we are working with Munton's to supply us with grain after Thanksgiving.
