We've tried to get the dumpster(s) emptied twice now, and each time there's been a car blocking the dumpster.
Kindly move your car from out in front of the dumpster by tomorrow (11/17/2017) so we can empty the trash. And if you drive to the brewhouse tomorrow & the trash is still full, PLEASE PARK TO THE LEFT OF THE DUMPSTER SO THE TRUCK HAS ACCESS TO IT.

Is it appropriate to ask Strom to knock on the brewhouse door if the dumpster is blocked?

I've gotten calls from Roy Strom dispatch about this in the past (last week) - but we never could find the person who owned the car as it apparently wasn't one of us.
