What’s the name of the place we buy this grain from? I want to call and see if they have Pilot 2-row in stock. I’ve tried ordering this it before and it slowed up everything.
I've heard the Country Malt Group has shut down sales to Home Brew Clubs or has directed those purchases to their retail partner Brewcraft. You might want to do some investigting. Another club got notice last week that they had to go retail moving forward.
James, other clubs aren't licensed by the city either, we inhabit that inbetween space - not just an club but not a business either. But yes, I wouldn't have individual club members calling up Mid Country, all that will do is set off alarms.
Bump, this is 2 days from closing. I'm also having trouble adding a new card to my account so that I can pay for my group buy. The "add new card" link just turns a blank screen. Can anyone help me out?
So, it's been a week and there are still 10 sacks of grain in the bar area. As a reminder, we have a policy of 48 hours after delivery for members to secure or pick up their grain. I'm asking that this happens by Saturday afternoon.
Whoever has yet to pick up grain, please PM me to let me know the status.
I was misinformed about which sacks were mine (replacement sacks for out of stock grain). Pretty sure the TF&S MO and Spring Malt are mine. I can't get to them until next week now. If someone wants to hang on to them for me, awesome, if not someone will have to move them up to my storage space or put them in some containers or something.
So something was lost in the ether and I am missing a sack. I ordered two sacks of Pearl malt, which was out of stock, and provided with one sack of Optic, which I'll happily take.
But, that means I'm now short $46.75 so I would like to figure out how I can get this refunded to me.
