Hey all - Hailstorm tapped our GABF Pro-Am beer (a super sessionable dank APA) this past Friday and not to pat myself on the shoulder, but I think it turned out really well.
Jim V. and myself (along with some other friends and family) are heading down to Hailstorm next Sunday, 8/26 around 2pm to sample it some more so everyone else should come too (while there you can probably drink a Vlad release and the 2017 GABF Gold medal winning IPA, Prarie Madness as well!).
I'm thinking afterward I might do an early dinner ~20 minutes up 57 at Horse Thief and show another CHAOSer some love.
I know Hailstorm is "basically in KY" for some of y'alls, so maybe some carpooling is encouraged. Drive responsibly!
If you can't make it, no worries as they have been really awesome and are giving me a keg which I'm going to put on tap at CHAOS when I get it (probably after that Sunday). So look for it there!
Anyone wants a ride, let me know!
In addition to Kyle's Chicago Cup gold-medal winning beer, Hailstorm has some great beers. Their IPA won GABF gold, barrel aged Vlad is outstanding, Arctic Ale, Hotel Life, etc. They've developed into one of the best breweries in the area.

My gf and I have been wanting to check out both of those places.
Count us in. We will just drive ourselves.

Great, Kevin. We'll grab a table in their brewery area - come join us.
