Steve Thanos from PALE has contacted me about a fundraiser they're doing to raise money for one of their club members who has been diagnosed with cancer. Here's the info:
We are trying to support one of our members who has been diagnosed with cancer. In order to support him and his family, PALE is organizing a Rare Beer Raffle. Tickets can be purchased via PayPal at treasurer@palebrewers.org. Tickets are $5 a piece or 5 tickets for $20.
If you are interested in participating in the raffle, have members pay via PayPal and have them write their name in the comment section so we know who is getting involved. Also, this will help when going through beers for the winners. (Please include a phone number and email so we can contact the winners.)
Please pass this message on to your members so that we can raise as much money as possible for our homebrew brother. It really does mean a lot to him and his family; not to mention the rest of us at PALE.
I've attached the spreadsheet of beers that are currently part of the raffle. He said that more beers may be added, so I'll update accordingly.
