I hauled a ton of yeast from Omega to the brewhouse this morning and then sorted and organized it. Its in three boxes, with labels separating each strain, in the big lagering fridge. I moved all the bottles of beer and liqour to the food and beer fridge by the garage door and moved some kegs around to make room.
The strains they gave us included Jovaru Lithuanian Farmhouse, Belgian W and A, London Ale, Scottish Ale, British Ale I and VI, Saison II, Hefe I, Pacific NW, American Wheat, Brett Blend 2 Bit O Funk, and Brett Claussenii.
They gave us a ton of the LIthuanian and both Belgian strains, so after organizing and labeling the boxes, I filled two 5 gallon buckets with the extras of those and they are also in the big lagering fridge. We can restock the boxes from those, but I suspect we're just going to end up tossing them, unless someone wants a lot of those.
All of this yeast seems to be 2018, so starters are your friend, or pitch 6 packs.
Please be gentle with the boxes of yeast, don't mess them up, I spent a good hour organizing all of this and it will make me sad if they get turned into a jumbled mess.
Included in the Omega yeast haul are dozens and dozens of packets of their Jovaru Lithuanian Farmhouse yeast. If you're not sure what you would brew with that, they suggest making a Witbier and included a recipe for it on their website https://omegayeast.com/jovaru-recipe

Forgot to post this earlier - when I was at the Brewhouse a couple days ago, I re-sorted the yeast, restocked and combined and now it all fit in one box, so its taking up less room in the lagering fridge.
From memory, we still have the two Brett blends, the two British Ale varieties , the two Belgian strains, the Lithuanian farmhouse, and the American wheat.
