Hey Brewsters,
I'm hosting an Open House for CHIditarod this Saturday, and I am gassing up 5 kegs this week.
Just wanted to put that out there in case anyone was looking to carb up a beer for the keezer in the next few days.
For people looking to brew this Saturday, we are going to get a little crowded, so I turned off reservations at 3pm. If there is anyone that needs to brew or bottle after 3pm, contact me and we'll work something out. Since this is a chance to show off the brew house to new people, it would be cool to have one person brewing during the event, but it will be challenging with a hundred people coming through.
Please feel free to stop by and have some beers, we might have the award winning Trappist Single on tap ;-) Thanks to one of our new members, Frieden, we'll also have some chili on the stove.

Thanks James, the Dunkel Bock is delicious, reminds me of Deutschland :) I was planning to not use the keezer beers intended for the club, but good to know it's an option.
Steven, the Ultra Lite needs to go. If there is any left help me kill it.

To add fuel to the fire, I made an epic blunder yesterday and kegged Brandon's Pliny the Younger before it was dry hopped. Brandon was nice to brew nice sessionable pale for the event, but I grabbed the wrong bucket, and we now have an underhopped IIIPA that goes down way too easy for +9%. I offered to pull Brandon's beer, but he's too nice of a guy and wants us to drink it.
Yes, I deserve your ridicule :-\
