It's been a hot minute (5 months?) I know me and JonP are interested. Can we get enough additional interest for a group buy soon? I'm down to like a third of a sack of Pils and a quarter of MO and starting to get the anxiety shakes.

Spring 2019 Group Buy?
Jeff and I are working on this. Working on getting the deets on the ordering process and coordinating pick up or delivery if there's enough. Hoping to open next week and have delivery date early enough to brew for CdM. Stay tuned!
Awesome, thanks fellas!
I'm in for a few
Also, if it's just a few of us, I can probably go pick it up at some point.
I'm probably in for some. Where does it have to be picked up from?
Country Malt or whatever it's called....down south a ways. However, if we order a lot, we can have it delivered. So....order a lot. :-)
Group buy is live!
I did a pickup a few buys ago. I’m happy to split Shipping with folks and drive over a box truck for pickup/delivery.

Where is the pick up at? I have drivers all over the city that I can send to grab a pallet for us... If it saves us money.

Can we get malted spelt from anyone?
Best Malz.
Is there a link to the online catalog? Any options for getting Wyermann ?
--james
Yes....under the group buy post Jeff posted.
link wasn't working. i googled it and looks like 165th south? that maybe to far for me to send someone. its outside my branches coverage
Yeah, it's in South Holland. Just Google country malt group
Depending on the size of the load, I can rent a van or box truck like before and pickup. I’m happy to take anyone along that would like to go. The order is picked, palletized and shrink wrapped. It’s usually waiting on the dock. The box truck is easiest because they like to load into the truck with their forklift. We just need people on the Brewhouse side to break down the pallet and bring the grain inside.

No Weyermann through CMG, James. We'd have to figure something out with BSG for that option. Might be something to look into as I'd be interested (BSG also has Patagonia, Crisp, Simpsons, and some others).
I've been happy with Best Malz, but I'm also interested in looking at more options.
Is the Heidelberg Pils a close substitute for Barke Pils? Anyone have any experience using it?
