Here's the recipe for Tuesday:

  • Target OG = 1.052
  • Target FG = 1.013
  • Target ABV = 5.14%
  • Target IBUs = 16

Mash @ 152 F

GRIST

  • Vienna Malt = 10 lbs
  • Flaked Rice = 1.5 lbs
  • Carafa II = 8 oz

HOPS

  • Tettnanger = 1oz at 60 mins

YEAST

  • WLP940 - Mexican Lager Yeast (Modelo)

 

OTHER

Mash

  • Gypsum = 1g
  • Calcium Chloride = 0.5g
  • Lactic Acid = 6.49 ml

Sparge/Kettle

  • Gypsum = 2g
  • Calcium Chloride = 1g
  • Table Salt = 1g
  • Lactic Acid = 3.57 ml
