CHAOS Club Meeting – September 2020

Financials for August - looks like CHAOS is gong to be around for awhile longer!!!

NOTES

1. Our fundraiser kicked off in mid/late Aug, so much (but not all) of our fundraising proceeds are included here.  We continue to work on getting matching proceeds etc. through various gateways, and we should have a full picture of our fundraiser by the end of this month.  But for sure, it was SUCCESSFUL. Thanks to everyone who gave (including many on the Baord) whether larger or small.  
2. Expenses for August are odd/low becuase we didn't receive bills during August from severla vendors - just due to monthly/weekly billing patterns - our normal BH expenses are closer to $650-$700 than the $325-ish here.  (please just keep in mind).
3. Our lease includes an annual escalation which kicks in each August - so the new amount of $2577 is our run rate for this next year.
