Hi all! - October financials

Hi all! - October financials are now avaialble.  Let me know if anyone has Qs.  Quick highlights - 

  • Cash balanes remain high at $14k at the end of October.  However, I expect we will need to burn through this over the next 4-6 months, so we need to stay vigilent on costs.
  • We received all final matching donations now (all that I am aware of)
  • Ingredient sales were huge for the month, which is great. Thanks for supporting us!
  • Utilities bills were higher than expected due to some catch up bills from our landlord for utilities (but all legit).
