Let's try to get this nailed down ASAP.
Not sure if this poll really get's us any closer to a consensus. I would make the poll be for the specific hopping schedules that had been discussed.
I think since a consensus on a hop schedule seems just about impossible, I feel that Pete is probably the most experienced brewer of those interested in this project, so I've decided to defer to his expertise and let him dictate the hop schedule as he feels will benefit this project the most. He's working in it currently, the grain an yeast have been decided in the other thread. Thanks for your participation and cooperation.
I don't mean to step on anyone's toes, but action must be taken soon or we'll run out of time.
I agree Joe. Spoke with Pete about just this tonight at Mahoney's.

I mean I still fail to see why 1 hop schedule is necesarry. As long as everyone is staying around 60ibus I think everyone should be able to do their late addition/flameout/whirlpool/dryhop as they see fit.
Guys
For the sake of having enough time to brew this beer, let’s do what ICBG did with the Replicale event.
We all use the same grain bill and yeast strain (1056) which has already been established, no other ingredients are allowed.
The brew also needs to be 60 IBU and one hop variety.
You can be as creative as you want with the beer which will also showcase your talent as a brewer and use a hopstand, dry hop or any way you feel that will showcase that hop.

Pete, Thank you for your blessing.
Does anyone else need to order their specific hop? I am thinking about placing an order from Farmhouse Brewing Supply for a pound of Nelson. If someone else wants to order their hops through them we can split shipping.
How soon can they be delivered? I am brewing this on Saturday 22nd.

If we ordered them tomorrow they would be here before then. Which hop did you need?
Galaxy. 1 pound
