Join us at the CHAOS club brewhouse to learn how to brew an Export Stout on AHA's Learn to Homebrew Day 2018. We will be brewing an all grain recipe using club equipment, and you can observe the full brew from start to finish, or just join us for part of the process (schedule below). The beer we brew will be served at our 8th annual Stout & Chili Night, Sat Jan 26th, 2019.
Brewday schedule:
11am – Noon: Mashing the grain
12pm – 1pm: Sparging the mash
1pm – 3pm: Boiling and hopping the wort
3pm – 4pm: Chilling and pitching the yeast
4pm – 6pm: Hangout and sample stouts
