CLASS 2: BREWING INGREDIENTS AND PROCESSES PART 1 – Two sessions consisting of in-depth coverage of how various ingredients and brewing processes affect beer character through discussion as well as tasting samples.

PART 1:  Covers grains, malting, mashing and water.
