Our monthly club brew night.
This month, in anticipation of our upcoming club competition night, we will be brewing a white IPA.
As always, this event is open to members and non-members alike.
For those that come out and join us, I'll be doing a bottle share of commercial white IPAs. We'll go through the BJCP category 21B - Specialty IPA: White IPA as we drink the beers and discuss the tastes and aromas everyone is receiving. For those brewing in the club competition, hopefully this will give you an idea for recipe formulation and what you want your award winning white IPA to taste like.

It's a great opportunity to gather. But be careful, cause group events with many people can be quite dangerous especially when there's beer involved. You'd want to get preparedness for disaster in case something bad happens.
