Hello CHAOS!
Attached is our new brewer checkout sheet that all new brewer-level members will need to complete to get 24/7 access to our Brewhouse. Standardization is a critical part of keeping CHAOS running smoothly - but more importantly safely.
Most of the items on the sheet are things you may be already aware of. However, I'd like to ask you to take 1 minute of your time to review all the items yourself as a good refresher. Some items are things that were added after you became a brewer level member - so please let me, any Alchemist, or Kevin Wilhelm (kevin@chaosbrewclub.net) know if you have any questions.
