Final totals are not yet determined, but some of our recent increased funds will be allocated for CHAOS improvements. The best way for your committe (BH Improvement, Education, Website, etc) to go about this is to discuss it amongst your committee and determine A) your project list in order of importance & B) what the associated cost is.
Since each committee has a board member on it they can then bring your committee request to our Feb 10th BOD meeting, which you're all welcome to attend also. Each committee has its own forum where you can discuss this & if you're interested in joining a committee just let them know. Thanks all!

Here's my vote as a member of the event committee...
We should get a roll of temp-proof hose, some basic supplies like airlocks in bulk, some more backup siphons, plugs for the better bottles and carboys, club carboys, basic stuff. I also agree with chuck that priority should be finishing the ferm-room shelves. Bulk star-san, bulk oxyclean, bulk water-treatment homebrew supplies.
House grain used exclusively to brew for club events would also be appreciated a great deal. We could set up a system to ensure people are actually using it for beers for the brewhouse.
And save the rest for future events.
