I was at the brewhouse around noon to prep for my big brew day tonight and The guy from REED construction was out side and wanted to know who's Buick that's parked in the lot (with no plates) belonged to. The popo have already stopped by to check it out once and the REED guy had asked they wait a bit longer before towing in case it belonged to someone in our club. It's parked in RPM's spot and they aren't happy. It will be towed this Friday, Feb. 19. If it belongs to you move it, and don't do that again.
Not my car (actually don't have a car) - but just curious.. Does Chaos have a designated parking spot out back? Or is it just street parking?
so when I was brewing late on Feb 11 some young kids where outside trying to jump the car. I helped them out but it turned out to be a dead starter. Anyways they said they would tow it the next day but I guess that hasn't happend.

Same question - I often park where the abandoned car is (in front of our compost bins) - but does that tick off Reed? No one's ever mentioned anything to me about it.

Where the car is now, it is in RPM's spot. I believe that their is one CHAOS spot, directly in front of our red garbage bin. In the evenings and on weekends I don't think it's bothersome to park in the back, but these companies work during the week days and need their spots. If a car is parked there for several days, it's troublesome to the owners of those spots.
We have 2 designated spots 1 is front of the red dumpster and 2 is west of that. RPM useally uses our spots during the week.
In the future do not let randoms ditch their P.O.S. cars in our spaces. They can park on the street like the P.O.S. gold Chrysler that has been abandon for at least 2 weeks out front.
I didn't let anyone park there. They were here already try to jump the car when I came out for a smoke. He said he would tow it the next day so I left it there.
I was there when the owner and associates were trying to tow it on Tuesday - no idea why they didn't.
CPD was there this morning looking at the car. I think the owner came by while CPD was there. I left before anything was done.
The emperor is not as forgiving as i am
If you see a rusted-out old pick-up back there, please don't tow it, it's not an abandoned vehicle.
Mark, they probably couldn't prove ownership to tow.
Also, starters for late 90 early general motor's cars run over 300 bucks and are a major pain in the ass to change out.
Can we declare Eminent Domain and turn it in to a brewmobile for serving at the next NHC?
Gone now

Bummer! I was gonna have my girlfreind's shady uncle to hook it and tow it to her aunt's trucking company and turn it into a demo derby car.
Suggestion - for orientations of new 24/7 brewers, it should go on the list about the parking spot. I had no clue we had one spot.
