Matt and Icehouse have volunteered to organize the keg set-up for Cerveza. Thank them. We will need CO@, regulators, etc, so please sign up here to loan your equipment:
If you loan equipment for the party, please be sure to label it and have it at the brew house by the day before; Friday, May 8th. Thanks in advance!!
I have a chocolate fountain, that can be used for nacho cheese if that's something we want.
Whoa! That's something I would want every day. We'll let you know!
MMMMM NACHO CHEESE FOUNTAIN!
The emperor is not as forgiving as i am
I have an empty 10lbs co2 tank that i'd loan out. Also believe i should have an empty keg that weekend
Thanks Steve! Please put the tank on the spreadsheet, so we can keep track.
The file is set on view only
Just fixed it!
My jockey box is available as always. I increased capacity to 6 taps.
Awesome, thanks Jeremy! And six taps is even better.
I chaged "# of Hoses" to "# of Gas Lines". I am assuming that is what you meant, Jeff?
Also, I think we should build some type of jockey box from the Octobarrel equipment. Its just sitting around and we could use a permanaent fixture. I'll PM Icehouse about it but anyone else willing to help/learn contact us.
I think I may be able to donate the shell of my old jockey box (and cooler to the club) now has 6 holes) No coils taps or regulator but Octo barrel may contain some of that. I also have a 4 tap fridge I'm thinking about replacing (Same deal no hardware).
Jeremy, that would be awesome. I was just PM-ing Icehouse and planning on making one just like yours. Let me know if that's what you want to do.
The old she'll is fine but it is wood, cooler, and holes. It was too heavy for me to move around. I'll bring it in Sunday if that's what you want to do. My new one is trimmed same way but I lightened it up with corrugated metal. I also went to a 1 serving pressure distributor instead of individual keg regulator. I was frustrated that 1 tap was broke for stout chilli night. Someone's dry hop clogged cowl.
It would be great to re-use the octo-barrel parts! Let's definitely discuss on Sunday.
Yes, I did mean gas lines. I made the spreadsheet before I studied draft systems for the Cicerone test. LOL!
Jeremy, thanks for offering the your old shell. Hopefully we can use it.
Bumping this up. We still need a lot of equipment for Cerveza.
My jockey box, co2 and regulator are available. I can supply 2nd co2 and regulator if needed.
We definitely need more tanks, regulators, and lines - here is the signup sheet for the cerveza kegging equipment.
@Jer-Bear, a second co2 tank and regulator would be awesome! can I add it to the google doc?
Yes you can put it on. They should be pretty full as I'm dropping off today.
Thanks!
I have my 5lbs tank with it's dual regulator.
I have a 5 lb tank and dual gauge regulator to throw into the mix.
I have a 2.5 lb tank, single regulator, and tap line we could use!
Thanks, John! Please add everything to the spread sheet.
Got it, thanks Jeff. I'm dropping off all the stuff tonight. We're planning on filling the tanks Saturday afternoon, right? I think my little 2.5 may be low, but I can't tell due to my massive upper body strength and the punny weight of CO2
Right, one of us weakier specimens of brewing will have to check the weight for you.
Yes, the tanks will be filled Saturday morning/afternoon. Thanks!!
All my equipment is in a box in my storage are, 20. In the shanty town part of storage, bottom one in the middle on the right. I hope to be there on Saturday between 12-1. I'm getting really excited about this party! Thanks for all the work everyone has put into it!
