Half Acre - Hunt #2

Round 2 of the Hunt is here.

In exchange for finding the token, we would like to fuel a party for you. We'll provide: 

• 1 five gallon keg of a small batch beer, meaning, a beer that is not available for retail sale and never would be
• 1 pump tap for you to keep forever or a Half Acre branded tap handle for your kegerator
• 1 sleeve of plastic Half Acre branded cups, so you don't have to wash the dishes afterwards
   

Please feel free to document your hunt, we'd love to watch your progress. 
That said, we will not give additional clues until the 5 day mark. For example, if you say "I followed the clue and I can't find anything, am I in the right place?" we will not answer you. If you're in the right place, you'll find the token. Your riddle is posted below:

Though it's not a hill I mount
my skeleton, you should not discount.
My years of praise left to fizzle

PRETTY SURE (95%) that this is the anaswer...the dinosaur outside the Field Museum.  If anyone works close and can check it out we could add a pretty sweet keg to one of our parties.
