Matt and I talked just now regarding beer dispensing for this event.
We will use the clubs shiny new barrel to serve the club's 4 beers. I will use my tank and regulator to gas them.
We have 3 taps open using the clubs jockey boxes. We will be using the clubs co2 tank and will need 1-2 others for this event as well.
As a rule of thumb, you should bring a way to pressurize, chill and serve your beer. Please post here if you are willing to bring your tank/manifold/picnic tap, etc.
Matt and I will meet Wednesday to go over what we still need. I feel like we will definitley need stuff, so if you have co2 tank, tappers, or a manifold the club could use for three hours on Friday, please let us know. Thanks!
I'll make a 20lb tank and a 4 way available.
Perfect. I guess the barrel is 8 taps, so we can use marks and mine for that.
Okay, this will work. Thanks Mark and Matt. We can put the four club beers on one side, then four competing beers on the other side. We can reconfigure the event set up to accommodate. YG is doing a quick walk through Thursday at 5:00, i'll try to get off work early to be there, as well. Anyone else is welcome, too.
This will leave us with six more competing beers that need gas, etc. YG will be providing us with ice. I asked for 25 small bags.
Still need tanks and manifolds - please let Jeff or I know here if you have one you can lend for this event.
I will have my keg at the brewhouse tomorrow night, in or next to the keezer. It's a ridiculout purplr and green one..can't miss it.
Thanks Joe. Do you happen to have anything of the serving equipment mentioned above?
You are welcome to my 7 gas lines, regulator and tank. The tank is empty and you would have to come pick everything up.
Thanks James. At this point I think we just need a five way splitter and we'll be good.
You are more than welcome to grab my splitters as well.
I just bought a 5 pound tank and regulator, so we got an extra.
Awesome, Steven! That definitely helps!
