Style Sampling and Discussion - High Gravity Beers

Just a reminder, that in two weeks on Wednesday the 28th we will be doing our session on high gravity beers.

This session will be a bit different as we are gong to focus more on techniques and less on tasting.

We also need to pick a beer to send to the AHA club competition, you can see the even description for more detail on what is acceptable, but pretty much anything with an OG of above 1.050 will work.

Please let me know if you plan on bringing something. It would be nice to get a wide variety of high gravity beers.  Plan on bringing 6 bottles.

Thanks,

James

Reminder about this months

Reminder about this months style session on high gravity beers. Please RSVP by tomorrow, I,m going to get the beer then.

I think this topic deserves two sessions so we are going to continue this discussion on Dec. 19. We will pick the beer for the club competition then.

Also, if people could show up early at 5:30 I could use some help labeling and organizing the buckets for the brew bays.

Thanks
