What's up party people! We still have some volunteer slots open and we really, really need your help. Think of yourself as the 50 billion yeast cells we need to make sure we don't have a stalled fermentation. Or the extra 2oz of Mosaic Hops we need to dry hop the hell out of this party! Or the .5 lbs of Special B malt that we need to add some killer raisin undertones to the party! Or the . . . you guys really don't want me to keep going. You get to drink and hang out while volunteering and meet members and new friends. And the volunteer party is going to be killer. The pre sales for it are already sold out! Hey Brewsters, Summer BrewBQ has a new game plan. NO MORE PARTY AT IBW!!!
Friday Night 6-8pm
We need to do inventory and clean up taps and jockey boxes, maybe a run for supplies.
Early Saturday 12-3pm
Light clean CHAOS, set up taps and and grills and serving stations, lighting, and signage.
Brewery Crawl 3-6:30pm
Greet guests at CHAOS, facilitate disc golf game to Goose Island Taproom.
Party Primetime 6-9pm
Member check-in, pit masters for grilling, maintain food and beer stations, runners.
Late Crew 9pm-Midnight
Member check-in, pit masters for grilling, maintain food and beer stations, runners – around 11-ish we will breakdown gear.
Sunday Clean-Up 4:20-6pm
Clean up party mess and get teh brewhouse back to normal, or better than normal ;-)
