The goal for this project is to brew up 60 gallons of flanders red and add it to the barrel along with some bugs in an attempt to make the most epic beer we can. We are looking to find 6-7 people to get involved and brew up 10 gallons each of the same recipe on our own and have it ready by a certain date so we can all add it to the barrel at the same time, seal it up and let it sit for 18 months. Daniel Barker should be posting a recipe that he's developed soon and then we can settle on a date in that we want the beer ready by, the sooner the better. That's all for now.
