Jim has volunteered to organize and maintain our barrel aging area. If you plan to barrel age something at the brewhouse, please contact Jim before doing so. He got area pretty well organized last year, but please give him a couple weeks to sort the exisiting barrels, etc.

I'll take an inventory of the barrels the next time I'm at the brewhouse. If you have a barrel there and its not labeled, send me a note, please. We'll start with where we're at right now, see who else is interested and then if we need to source some more barrels, we can do that. The goal is to give everyone who wants to participate in barrel projects the opportunity to do so.

Thanks Jim, Let me know if you need any assistance. I have a barrel on top that has soured. I'll be draining that to glass and look for someone to blend with.

Thanks, James. Is it labeled, or is there another way for me to tell which barrel we're talking about? Will you be refilling the soured barrel, or getting rid of it when you empty it?

I’ll empty and remove that Barrel
