RESCHEDULED TO AUGUST.
This year camping will be June 21-23rd at fabulous Sweet Minihaha Campground. We leave in the morning from Chicago and make camp at Sweet Minihaha around noon. Check in is any time after 8 AM for early birds. We have a large group site and can accommodate at least 25 people. We have group site “A” which is right on the river and partially shaded by trees.
Friday’s brewery excursion is New Glarus Brewing possibly followed by One Barrel Brewing Company depending on interest.
Camping is much closer this year, about 2.5 hours from Chicago. Our site does not have an unlimited car capacity, so we’re setting up car pools. Breakfasts and dinners will be provided, Saturday’s lunch is on your own.
This campground also has tubing, tube rental is $11, cooler tubes are $5 (you can bring beer on the river, in cans only) the float is about three hours.
The total price for camping and food is $35, same great price as last year. Check out on Sunday is no later than 4 PM, sp people can stay as late as they please!
Bring your own tent, or make plans to share!

FYI - Saturday at Sweet Minihaha campground is "pirate themed" and costumes are encoraged.

FYI - the camp site is 45 min from Madison and has free showers and flushing toilets. It's also about 2.5 hours from Chicago instead of 3.5
Alas, I can no longer go; I have to be out of my place by mid-July, schoo's not out until June 25th; I should probably be 'sponsible and use this weekend to pack (or, at least, to finish up some teacher-stuff). Have fun!
With many people having conflicts and we're under 10 people, I'd like to reschedule this for August or September. Any objections?

Depending on weekend in August we may be able to go. We have a big homebrew camp out in Michigan but if on a different weekend then that we would go.
i vote for the weekend of August 24th since its the only weekend I have off in August.
